Refund Policy

Gallo Fino Corp only offers refunds for orders cancelled within the first 10 hours of purchase, with a 40% cancellation fee.

To cancel your order, send an email to gallofino.corp1@gmail.com. Include in the subject line that you would like a cancellation (i.e. [Cancellation] Order number and full name).

If your order date is greater than 10 hours, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order due to limited processing time.

If you wish to make an exchange, return or warranty request for any of our products purchased online, you can do so in one of two ways:

Please note that Gallo Fino Corp reserves the right to accept exchanges, returns or warranties prior analysis of the product. Verification of the condition of the product in the mentioned conditions.

Conditions to make an exchange or return:

It is mandatory to present your invoice or order number, informing the registered identification number.

Promotional or discounted products cannot be exchanged.

For your request to be approved, the product(s) to be exchanged or returned must be in the same conditions and characteristics in which it was received, consequently, the product(s) must

Have the labels and tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Must not be modified or altered from its original condition.

Refunds:

We do not issue refunds.

Warranties:

In Gallo Fino Corp we commercialize products with excellent quality standards, so they are fully guaranteed.

However, if the garment presents quality defects in spite of its correct use, during the warranty period, or if it arrives imperfect, we will proceed as indicated below:

Products are guaranteed for 5 days from the date of invoicing of the product.

The response of the warranty approval will be subject to the result of the technical evaluation performed by Gallo Fino Corp. Edit or remove this text inline or in the module Content settings.
