INDICATIONS
Used in cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, cats and dogs for the treatment of infectious processes caused by germs which are sensitive to penicillin such as: Streptococcus sp, Staphylococcus sp., Bacillus anthracis, Erysipelothrix sp., Corynebacterium sp., Clostridium sp., Fusobacterium sp., Listeria sp., Nocardia sp., Actinomices sp., Leptospira sp.

COMPOSITION
Each ml of reconstituted solution for injection contains:
Penicillin G Procaine............................. 75.000 UI
Penicillin G Potassium.............................. 75.000 UI
Penicillin G Benzathine...................... 150.000 IU

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT
VETAPEN L.A. 9.000.000 UI: Add 24 ml of diluent to the bottle and shake moderately until a homogeneous suspension is obtained, the final volume will be 30 ml of reconstituted product.

DOSAGE
After reconstitution of VETAPEN L.A., it should be applied at a rate of 1ml for each 15 kilos of live weight in all species (equivalent to 20,000 IU per kilo of live weight).

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
The route of administration of VETAPEN L.A. is exclusively deep intramuscular.

PRECAUTIONS
Apply only by deep intramuscular route. - Do not administer with bacteriostatic antibiotics (Tetracyclines, Macrolides and Fenicols). - Once the product has been reconstituted with the diluent water, shake in such a way until the suspension is homogenized and proceed for its application. - After reconstitution, the product can be kept up to 24 hours at a refrigeration temperature of 2 to 8°C. - Store at a temperature between 15 and 30°C and in a cool place away from light. - Do not administer in animals with known hypersensitivity to penicillins. - Keep out of reach of children. - Veterinary use

RETIREMENT TIME
Treated animals should not be slaughtered for human consumption until 30 days after the end of treatment.

Milk produced during treatment and 6 days after the end of treatment should not be given for human consumption.
