Advac Fowl Pox is a freeze-dried active virus vaccine for the immunization of birds.

FORMULA: Each mL contains: Fowlpox homologous virus, obtained in chicken embryo SPF: 1 x 105 DIEP50. Attached diluent: Sterile water for injection.

INDICATIONS: It is indicated for the prevention and control of Avian Smallpox in domestic birds (Gallus gallus domesticus), dedicated to the production of eggs, meat, breeding and fighting; as well as in the domestic turkey (Meleagris gallopavo mexicana), dedicated to meat and egg production.

DOSE: 10 μl (double needle applicator).
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Intradermal. Domestic birds: Puncture on the inside, in the fold of the wing.
Domestic turkey: Puncture in the crease of the inner thigh. Method of preparation: Add the attached 
sterile injectable water diluent to the vial with the lyophilized tablet and mix thoroughly. 
WARNINGS: Apply only to healthy birds. Do not vaccinate birds in laying period. Caution: Avoid human contact with live vaccine. Once reconstituted, do not use the vaccine after ½ hour.

STORAGE: Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Keep refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C. Avoid freezing and exposure to direct sunlight. Dispose of vial and excess by incineration. Product for exclusive use in Veterinary Medicine.

PRESENTATIONS: 50 doses (1 mL), 100 doses (2 mL) and 1,000 doses (20 mL) plus attached diluent.
